Housing
Enclosure: Use a tall tank with good cross ventilation. Substrate: Keep the substrate damp but not soaking.
Hiding spots: Provide foliage and other hiding spots for cover and webbing.
Anchor points: Provide a tall piece of cork bark or faux leaves for the spider to anchor its web on.
Feeding
Frequency: Feed slings every 5–7 days, or as needed. What to feed: Feed slings prekilled prey, like crickets, roaches, or worms.
How to feed: You can drop the prey on their webbing or near the entrance of their burrow.
When to stop feeding: Stop feeding slings before and during molting, and until they emerge after molting.
Humidity
Target humidity: Aim for a humidity of 70–80%. How to maintain humidity: Mist the enclosure every few days, and add water to the substrate as needed.
Temperature
Target temperature: Aim for a temperature in the mid to low 80s.
